My name is Toni Calvert and I am the CEO of Calvert Consulting Ltd, based in East Anglia. I have over twenty years of experience in the meat and agricultural industries and as a consultant to the food industry I use my knowledge of the UK and international food chain to help my clients to embrace sustainable agriculture and high standards of animal welfare.
