I have experience of developing and reviewing farm and slaughterhouse standards for retailers and food service businesses. I have gained knowledge of UK and international farm assurance standards through carrying out audits internationally and completing benchmarking exercises across all areas of the industry including farms, hatcheries, feed mills, and the depopulation of poultry farms.

I have experience of the following species: chicken, turkey, ducks, geese, beef, lamb, venison, dairy, pigs, salmon and trout as well as exotic species such as guinea fowl.
